That’s why we partnered with leading skills training provider, Educ8 and enrolled Scott Duncan (Production Assistant) and Ifan Williams (Audio Visual Technician) on the government’s Apprenticeship programme. And we are delighted to see both Scott and Ifan awarded with a Level III in Customer Services.
Upon receiving his certificate, Scott said: “Not only is it good to gain a new qualification to add to my CV, I also learned a great deal too.
“The course has enabled me to build upon some of the skills I already had and learn new ones at the same time, such as how to maximise client and supplier relationships, management techniques and the importance of adhering to best practice.”
Ben Voisey, Managing Director at Cleartech Live, said: “we are already seeing a return on their training investment. Since Ifan and Scott completed their courses, they have taken aspects of their learning and turned them into an advantage for the business.
“They have each introduced a number of new processes within the customer management supply chain that have worked to streamline and improve our overall efficiencies. This is good for us and good for our customers too.
“Work-based learning schemes such as this are important to us. We have a high staff retention rate and this is as much to do with the training and support they receive as the nature of work we do and the forward direction in which the company is moving.
